VINTAGE Floral Skirt with Pockets

This vintage skirt is so amazing!! Has a dark navy background with a gorgeous flower print all over. Has an elastic backside so lots of stretch and two little buttons off to the side on the front waist for decoration (non functional). Also has pockets! Brand is Principles from The Bay. Waist laid flat without stretching is 19.5” Length is 33.5”
