VINTAGE Floral Sleeveless Dress

Adorable vintage dress with a red/maroon corduroy top and floral print tiered skirt!! The top has a cute velour ribbon that weaves in and out and a little flower. The back does up with buttons! The skirt also has brown velour along the tiered areas. I’m in love with it and wish it fit my girls! The tag has been cut off but by eyeballing it I would guess it’s a 4T! Pit to pit - 11” Length - 23.5”
