VINTAGE Garage 2010’s / 2000’s Dress or Swimsuit Coverup

Cute little white dress, can be worn on its own or overtop a swimsuit. Garage tag is pretty old but I don’t know when exactly it dates to. Y2K style with cute bronze embroidery detail and beads. 100% cotton. The white is still quite bright, some discolouration on the strings but otherwise in excellent condition. The strings are also missing a bead!
