Black leather boots, made by HH Brown in 1998, are moderately (= not excessively) worn, still in good condition, ready to be worn. Good award winning Biltrite soles. Steel toes. Clean inside and out. Readily wearable, presentable. Perfect for civilians as work/safety boots. Laces are good, no need for replacement.
