Beautiful vintage hammered brass Tibetan singing bowl. Perfect for decor or meditation. This beautiful bowl could also be used as a trinket dish, but keep in mind it has a rounded bottom. Tibetan singing bowls have been used for thousands of years. They became popular in the U.S. in the 1970s. They are used in meditation, healing practices, and ceremonial purposes. You play Tibetan singing bowls by striking them. You can also use them in sound baths. It is believed that singing bowls can help improve mental and emotional health.
