Vintage by Jeremy Scott. With shoulder pads, can be easily removed. No size on tag but I would say it fits medium. Condition: fabric is worn more so around neckline and armpits. Other places show mild signs of age and wear. Measurements: Chest: 21” Length: 23.5” Sleeves: 22.5”
