Bright blue vintage velvet hat by Jerry Yate, Montreal Canada. Interior has a floral pattern lining. The hat has a square shape, four panels and a velvet covered cube embellishment on top. This style of hat was prevalent in the 50's and 60's. I think this would fit a small to medium size head. Very good vintage condition. No marks or flaws to note.
