Gorgeous blue & white flowy textured midi dress with an eyelet cut-out on back. - two buttons to attach at back - Jessica Petites! - dress is textured - please see last picture for texture No size listed but fits a 4. I’m a size 0-2 and it’s a bit loose on me. Great shape. No rips or stains anywhere.
