Excellent shape, the label is discolored and previous owner reinforced the buttons with red thread. The buttons are hard to get through the button holes as likely not worn closed and might need time for them to relax a bit. Might need to change to smaller buttons. Vintage M but measurements will be more accurate. Pit to pit 19 inches, shoulder to hem 28 inches, sleeve 22 inches from shoulder to cuff, shoulders 16.5 measured straight across.
