VINTAGE MENDOCINO BLACK SHEER EMPIRE WAIST DRESS

This is a pretty dress. Vintage from the original Mendocino shop. I wore it with a catsuit underneath because the material is sheer and see-through. It has an empire waist with a belt to provide shape. It's quite pretty and can be worn with a variety of foot candy. Combat boots, high boots, sandlas...etc. Stored well and in great condition.
