VINTAGE MURANO ART GLASS

This is a Vintage MURANO Glass Freeform Star Bowl or Candy Dish, attributed to Cristallo Venezia CCC and possibly imported by JiCo (Jordan Import Company). The bowl has a beautiful and substantial freeform pulled star shape and features a sommero (layered glass) technique in shades of green, yellow and clear glass. The pontil on the star shaped base has been smoothed and highly polished on the high points. The candy dish measures approximately 8.5" long x 7.5" wide x 2.5" tall and is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, dings, or crazing.
