VINTAGE Molded ivory plastic oval shaped brooch with flower and leaf design pin

Romantically pretty and very classic looking, this sophisticated early 20th-century faux bone/ivory plastic brooch is the kind of versatile piece of vintage costume jewelry that can easily be partnered with a million different outfits. 😀 Dating to c. 1920s - 1930s, this lovely oval-shaped pin is made, I believe, from celluloid in the "French ivory" style, but it could also be another similar early plastic (it does NOT test positive for Bakelite). This beautiful antique brooch stars an intricate cutout design of a daisy style flower and leaves on the front and does up with a C clasp on the back.
