VINTAGE / NWT adorable midi dress with flowy short sleeves

Has the original tags from Sears, so it’s unworn. No signs of wear or defect. Fabric doesn’t have stretch so please see the measures in the last pic. *please note that it comes from a cat friendly home, so I try my best to manage the loose hairs with proper washing and lint rollers.
