1elaine17 Hey there, I thought I might help add some information for you. They used to call these tiny collectable boxes “pill boxes” Hence why they are so small. Some have very tiny works of art, others, different subjects, such as floral as seen here. I’m not certain as I don’t see the sticker, but it may have fallen off as they usually do, but on the edges of the lid, etc, I believe it’s 24 or 18k gold. I hope this helps. Happy New Year!
