VINTAGE Paratrooper Scarf

This appears to be a scarf commemorating military paratroopers. It says: "Utrinque Paratus" (Ready on both sides) and "Ad Unum Amnes" (All to One/Many become one). Has sort of a sky blue/red crimson colour palette. Double sided. 25"x26" Minor wear but no notable flaws. No material/brand tags. Not sure of era of this one, so if you have any idea please leave a comment :)
