VINTAGE Polka Dot Clowncore Button Front Short Sleeve Blouse Top

Totally awesome polkadotted top with a chest pocket with zipper. Polka dots are on one side on the front with only the pocket matching print on the other side. Sleeves are black and the backside is colourful dots all over! Super light and airy, tag is cut as shown. Would fit a size large or oversized for smaller! Shoulders have shoulder pads and there is a light stain on the one shoulder as shown in last photo! Pit to pit - almost 21” Shoulders - 20”
