This dress is whimsical by Scarlett. Simple design with matching low v at the neck & back, fully lined, back zipper, stretch and shows off toned legs. Tag says size 12 but could fit 10. Im a 4 and it fit other than being a bit short for me. The bust does have darts along with a high waist to add definition. Clear sequins sprinkled over swirling lace designs over stretch lace fabric adds beautiful visual texture and pairs nicely with the pewter DKNY coat also available in my closet.
