VINTAGE Smart Set skort romper

Bright red vintage Smart Set romper. Looks like a dress from the front but the wrap hides the shorts. Super flattering on. Has belt loops but matching belt is missing. Bottom part of fabric content tag is missing, but my guess is a rayon-polyester blend. See photos for measurements. Comes from a smoke-free, cat friendly home. Feel free to make me an offer!
