Fabulace slips were double-layered, having a beautifully sheer inner lining covered by a fine floral lace outer layer. This is a collectible piece Van Raalte produced many different styles of slip and each one is beautiful, desirable and collectible in their own right. The time period we are most interested in and which we are most likely to encounter is the late 1940's fashion to the later 1960's and this is the period that attracts most collectors.
