VINTAGE Wooden Purse

The whole thing is wood slat and it's just so cool! This box purse style purse was popular from the 50s right through the 70s. I didn’t find any markings on this wooden purse to indicate the year or maker. Please let the photos be the best description. These measurements are approximate. See the last picture for guide. 🤎Length: 8 inches 💛Width: 3.5 inches 🤎Height: 4 inches 💛Drop (wooden handle): 1.5 inches 🤎Drop (leather strap): 12 inches This purse is in pretty good vintage condition! There are a few scuffs and signs of wear, but that it typical for a purse this age. I believe the long strap is made of leather. There are signs of wear (and age) but it’s still in good condition! This vintage wooden purse has been stored away in a tote for many years. Recently, the wooden exterior was wiped clean with Murphy Oil Soap and water mix. The velvet interior was wiped down with a deodorizing water mixture, with the intention of helping with the vintage smell. It’s still faintly there, can’t seem to get rid of it.
