VINTAGE handmade peplum midi pencil skirt black white small medium

vintage, hand made by my mom in the early 1980s the front is peplum style, the back is peplum style but split into 2 pieces to allow for the zipper closure in the back approx: 13 waist, 18 hips, 24 length not necessarily pencil skirt style but is more of a straight skirt
