VINTAGE polka dot dress

adorable vintage polka dot dressed with cinched waist and flowy skirt, kind of a skater siluete. has little waist ties as well, shown in pics. buttons are slightly iridescent with a nice design... perfect for a summer picnic! would fit a size M (tag says 8) but due to the cinching in the waist, doesn't have alot of room in the boob department (im a size d and the buttons couldn't handle me, therefore i am selling it haha) measurements: length: 40 inch chest: 17 inch waist: 15 inch
