VINTAGE retro neon pink shorts

Vintage Surf Style Interplanetary Body Gear retro neon pink 80s or 90s shorts. Tag is marked as a youth 10/12 (I believe), but these could work for an XS/S woman depending on body shape. I would size down since you can use the elastic to tighten the waist. I’ve sized this a women's XS, but please use measurements to guide your fit. The fabric has no give. Technically, I think these may be swim trunks but they work as cool shorts. The drawstring allows for a synched waist and flatering retro fit. These are so cool! I wish they fit me. A few little black stains on front. Pictured as much as possible but things are hard to see with the bright neon. A few threads coming out. Waistband is a drawstring not elastic. Measurements are from the shorts laid flat. Has pockets. They feel like windbreaker bathing suit material.
