VINTAGE sparkly black and sliver mini dress

Vintage sparkly black and sliver mini dress. Tag says Size 7. I’ve sized as a medium. Small imperfection on front as pictured. Looks like a snag in fabric. The straps appear to have been adjusted after market. There are lumps where the seams are. Would be so cute for a date night or going out with friends. The sparkly nature of the dress shows when light shines on it. Outer layer is sheer.
