You can see the rippled texture to the velvet in the close up shots. Machine embtoidered polka dots in teal, yellow and red on this black velvet jacket. Handstitched rope trim and buttonholes with oval petal style buttons. No size tag or contents tag, looks to be handmade. Not sure of era but thinking 80s. In excellent used condition. measurements flat pit to pit 20.5" with stretch sleeve 12" (3/4 sleeve jacket) length 20.5" would fit modern small to medium, check measurements for fit.
