VINTAGE y2k halter asymmetrical cowlneck flowy dress

Gorgeous black vintage y2k halter dress by RW & Co. Dress is stretchy and has an elastic band at the back (super comfortable). Bottom hemline is asymmetrical. Neckline is cowlneck. I don't usually like cowl necklines and this dress actually looks so good! Size S - true to size! For reference, I am a size S and this fits perfectly. Would fit a size M because dress is stretchy.
