This skirt is very soft almost like a thin suede. It does up at the back with a button and 7 inch zipper. Has a one and a half inch wide waistband with elastic on either side. The waist measures 17" across without stretching and will stretch to 18 in. The hips measure 25" across from seam to seam and 36" long from top of waistband to hem bottom.
