VTG 10K Diamond Stick

A sweet stickpin in solid 10K yellow gold with a little genuine diamond in the shadowbox type heart shaped top. Hallmarked along the stem as shown. It has a non gold clutch to keep it pinned securely. Without the clutch it weighs .9 of a gram of 10K gold. 2 &3/8” long About 6mm wide across the top. In excellent vintage condition.
