VTG 1950-60’s Coated Wicker Bag Tortoiseshell Lucite Handles Mid Century Modern

Classic 1950s 1960s coated wicker top double handle handbag that features: Double tortoiseshell coloured Lucite handle. Gold tone metal hardware with twist style closure that works well and closes tightly. Metal on inside grommets and twist closure have a verdigris tinge that is just beautiful. Frame bag Opens to a cream cotton lining with one interior side open pocket. There are protective feet on the bottom that are on cognac leather tongues. Beautiful vintage condition *there are no broken pieces of wicker on the exterior. A couple of spots where coating has come off. But minor. The lining shows a few light marks and a small tear. See photos. Measurements:~ 8” H x 13” L x 4” W 4” drop from handles. In excellent vintage condition considering this bag is ~ 70+ years old. No old nasty smells.
