VTG 70's/ 80's Flicker Women's Rotating Shaver with 5 Blades Collectible or use

This rare item in the image is a vintage Flicker Women's Shaver by Personna, featuring a unique 5-blade design. It is highly collectible It's a compact, self-contained shaver intended for a close, clean, and safe shave, particularly for legs and underarms. The blades are numbered, indicating when to switch to a new one.  These shavers were manufactured by American Safety Razor Company, and production ceased in the 70s or 80s, making them a collector's item for some. Despite their age, some people still use them as disposable razors.  NOTE: Unused new item still in original packaging, package is crinkled & worn around the edges
