VTG 90s Be Smart Blue and Black Sparkle Corset Backed Mini Dress, 11/12

Vtinage 1990s semi-formal mini dress from Be Smart. The photos just do not do this dress justice! Fully lined dress with a black mesh overlay with metallic blue mylar woven in that gives this dress a deep sparkly flash. Scoop neck, sleeveless. Corset back makes this easy to customize to your waistline. Also zips up the back. This is so cute! Perfect for a school dance or a New Year's Eve party. In EUC, no real flaws. I tried to capture the sparkle in the video, but even that doesn't quite capture how pretty this is! Junior sizing 11/12, approx measurements: bust 17 inches, waist is fairly adjustable with the ties, length 35 inches.
