VTG 90s Classic Allure Blue Floral Fairycore Handkerchief Maxi Skirt, M

Vintage 90s floral handkerchief maxi skirt from Classic Allure. White chiffon with all over two tone blue roses print with green leaves. Strips of maple leaf shaped cut out fringe cascade down from the waist to one side of each point which flutter nicely. Handkerchief hem with aqua blue chiffon insets. Elastic waist pull on style. Partially lined to about midi length. Feminine, floaty, and flowy! Would be a great festival piece, Fairy skirt for a Ren Faire, or a costume piece. In great vintage condition, a few little snaggy areas in the chiffon and a few stains that mostly get lost in the print, see photos. Size medium, but I think the elastic has stretched a bit (though it still has some spring). Lying flat the waist is 15 inches and stretches easily to 19 inches. Length is approx 35 inches to the end of one of the points. A super unique find!
