VTG 90s Clio Velven Fan Print Long Skirt, SP

Vintage 1990s velvet fan print skirt from Clio. Deep luxurious red with different hand fans printed all over. Fan have different graphics ranging from florals to cute ducks! Short slit in the back. The pictures don't do this one justice, the way this catches and bounces light is so cool. Elastic waistband, pull on style. In EUC, no flaws! Ankle length which will probably fit like a maxi dress if you are petite, will hit a little higher if you are not. Approx measurements: waist unstretched: 12.5 inches, stretches easily to 16 inches. Length 30 inches. Size small petite. Would also be good for a 90s Halloween costume!
