VTG 90s Y2K Deb Short Prom Dress, XL

Vintage 90s/Y2K short prom dress from Deb. Pleated knee length flowy skirt. Black lace overlay on a blue bodice. Blue satin tie back ribbon embellished bow detail. Spaghetti strap over a subtle sweetheart neckline. Unlined skirt but a thin foam liner in bust means you can go without a bra. In excellent vintage condition, a very minor amount of pilling in the lace. Timeless and fun! Perfect for prom, homecoming dances, or as a wedding guest dress! Size extra large. Approximate measurements: bust 16” waist (empire) 15.5” untied, length 36” a little longer in the back.
