Beautiful handmade vintage Inuit ookpik owl design brooch. Unsigned but of definite Indigenous origin, this is a sweet and truly gorgeous wearable version of this iconic imagery. Real fur body with felt, sequin and bead eyes, small leather nose/beak, and a felt base backing and simple safety pin clasp. In very good vintage condition. No damage to note, there are some normal signs of age, gentle use, and inherent imperfections from its handmade nature. The pin does hold securely when fastened.
