VTG Hatching Chicks in Eggs Shell Salt & Pepper Shakers Chicken Easter Farmhouse

1940 - 1950s vintage hand painted ceramic set, made in Japan. I saw the same set signed as a gift with a date of 1951. A pair of baby chickens in a single "double yolk" eggshell stand. The whole set is about 5" long (base) Chicks (shakers) about 1 3/4" tall Excellent condition considering age. No chips or cracks, some crazing under the glaze. More pronounced on the pictures than in real. Few manufacturing imperfections. These shakers appear to be not used, no salt or pepper smell or residue. Original stoppers.
