VTG Heishi Bead Necklace Santo Domingo Native American

Well strung Heishi bead strand with Turquoise, red Jasper, Jet and Shell, finished with a basic hook and eye sterling silver end. Most likely Santo Domingo New Mexico region. There is a single yellow bead on one end that is not on the other. Exactly as I found it to be! No clue what that is. 20 &3/8” long 2.5-3mm wide In excellent vintage condition. Appears to be on the original string
