VTG Mancioli Porcellana Antica Medici Grey/Blue Oval Covered Casserole Dish

In excellent vintage condition. This is a Mancioli Porcellana Antica Medici large covered casserole dish. It is a grey with blue underglaze colour. There are handles at each end. The lid is decorated in navy dotted flowers surrounding the base of the handle. The shapes in this collection are almost direct copies of the famous majolica of Faenza and Urbino. Each piece is hallmarked with a reproduction of the cupola of Santa Maria del Fiore of Florence. I have several pieces of this line in my closet.
