VTG Michaela Frey Locket, 1980's Enamel Art Deco Locket cloisonne style.

Very good vintage condition. You can see a slight discolouration where the owner would frequently open the locket to look at the pictures they guarded inside. Opens nicely and stays closed until opened but doesn’t lock hard. A lovely enamel locket, circa 1980, by jewellery designer Michaela Frey. Made in Vienna, Austria. Her company was founded in 1951 and she began as a local artisan with her workshop in Vienna. This locket really shows off that European design and quality workmanship. Timeless elegance with delicate victorian cloisonne style flower motif, as well as metallic infused elements on a black background. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !
