VTG Nippon Hair Receiver...

A VTG from the Victorian era up to the late 50s, this hair receiver would sit on lady's vanities to collect hair from their combs/brushes.. some were made of glass or metal, this one here is made of porcelain, most likely handpainted as well.. It is, tho missing its top part, which would have a hole in the middle, and that would be to hold hair in.. But still a very wonderful piece to have on any side table or vanity!.
