VTG Pitlochry Scottish Wool Blue Midi Tartan Plaid Kilt Skirt

This listing is for a chic and elegant vintage wool kilt/skirt from Scotland. Circa 70s/80s. Perfect for the fall season or a Scottish/highland festive gathering. I picture this looking amazing with a leather jacket. The wool isn’t too heavy like standard Highland dancing kilts. It says it’s a size 12, but this doesn’t reflect modern day measurement. I believe it is more of a small extra small. Measurements on ground: Waist at its tightest: 14 inches Waist at its loosest: 12.5 inches Length: 29 inches The item is in very good condition, considering its age.
