Rare Ridgway Vitrified Serving Plate ‘Bird of Paradise’ in classic blue. this is a transfer-ware pattern with a large Bird of Paradise perches atop bare branches amongst big, lush flowers. The gnarled, above ground roots almost have the appearance of a Chinese dragon rolling along the ground beneath. A wreath-like pattern finishes the rim.
