what waist/hip measurements would work for this dress?

@parlourghost I've put pictures of the measurements. The waist and bust are small but the hips has a lot of flare so you have more room there. Personally I wear small and it fits perfectly (exactly like on the mannequin in the photos). The only reason I sell it is I dont have any occasions to wear it. But it is super flattering if you like vintage fitted look.
