VTG vanity fair / floral button short sleeve shirt

Euc Little dots in the back of the shirt (shown in photo) Shirt is washed but I didn’t stain treat the dots It has short sleeves, a v-neck collar, and button-down closure. Vanity Fair is known as an American society magazine published from 1913 to 1936.
