Beautiful color and design. Pre-loved condition. Some flaws indicated on the pictures, not noticeable when wearing. This is vintage item, fabric tag is missing, but feels like wool blend. Perfect for any occasion. Approximate measurements laying flat:
waist - 14 1/2 inches,
hips - 20 1/4 inches,
total length - 28 inches.

@pinkplumeria60 hello, these are tiny holes. I assume the buttons were moved to make the skirt fit larger (by the previous owner from who I've bought the skirt).
