Valentino Red , black flocking over pale pink and and black skirt

This is a fun piece from the Valentino Red line. The fabric is “flocked in a pattern over the black and at the bottom 5 inches and up to mid thigh. Above that is the black and pink design with more flocking over the waist band and the 3 inches below that ( no flicking over the hips and behind so the flicking won’t rub off) There was a repair at the back slit - see the photos of the repaired lining and how it looks from the back. Waist band 26” Just below the flocking measured 3 inches below the waistband - 30” Hip- 37 Top of waistband to hem - 24
