sybil_crum Hello! I purchased your “Gently Worn Anthropologie Pilcro Silver skirt” and it was shipped. Unfortunately, I never received it and just received a note from Poshmark that it was routed back to you. They stated this usually happens when the package is overweight, packaged improperly, or when there are difficulties recognizing your address. My address is correct and I have received other items from Poshers without incident. Can you please resend it? Thanks! Sybil

ellako @sybil_crum hi! I did receive the package but on the label it said that the address is not valid or recipient sent it back , not that it was overweight. I can definitely ship it back but can you ask poshmark how I can do that? Will they provide a label?

sybil_crum @ellako Hello! I just received a note. They stated: “It looks like the package will be returned back to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have refunded you, while also providing the seller with their earnings, as part of the protection we provide each of our users.” I believe this means that you should re-send the skirt and you will keep your payment. My address is the same (Irvine, CA). Please let me know when you send it. I appreciate your help! Sybil
