This is a limited Edition Blu-ray / DVD Steelbook version of the movie: Van Helsing from 2013, which is in great shape with dvd and blu-ray with no noticeable scratches on them and  it's metal slipcase (Steelbook) is in great shape as well. There is no manual or extras beyond that and no digital copy sheet.  The blu-ray / dvd set is sold as is.
