Vans Ultracush Leather shoes

Beautiful Navy leather Vans NWT! Size: Men’s 7.5/ Women’s 9 Aprox 11.5cm high They have some white marks around where the sole meets the leather. I have not tried to clean it off with leather cleaner or anything other than a cloth and a bit of water- which did not take it off. I do not have the Vans box.
