Long-sleeved black velour upper. Red satin skirt has intricate embellished velour decorative pattern. I’ve cut the tag off so I’m not certain of the size, but my daughter wore it when she was 12 months old. Crinoline-hemmed middle slip with another fabric layer to keep it from scratching your child’s skin. Non-smoking, no pets household.
